How do I purchase an Upgrade?
- Click on the Upgrades tab.
- Click on the product you desire.
- Make your selection in Step 1 and then click 'Get password'.
- Select the method of payment in Step 2.You may be asked to add your mobile number if you have not already done so. Then follow the instructions on screen.
- Once payment has been confirmed, you will then be sent your password
- Step 3 type the password into the box provided and submit.
* Note your mobile phone number must be registered on Jaydiocity in order to pay via sms. To find out how to add your mobile number click here.
My password has not been delivered while using my credit / debit card!
When paying via credit or debit card, an email containing your password is only sent upon successful completion of the transaction to the email account you entered when going through the payment process.
If your card has been charged yet you have not received an email containing your password then can you please provide us with evidence to support this claim and send to support@jaydiocity.co.uk
My password has not been delivered!
The reasons this could happen are dependable on what method of payment you used.
If you paid by SMS - Your network provider may block premium rate numbers, or there may be insufficient fund credit on your mobile phone.
[Payments are only taken from your mobile phone when the text message with your password has been delivered to your mobile]
If you are still unsure as to why you have not received a password then please message Support providing ALL the following information:

It says my password is wrong!
Message Support with the following information:

Can I check my activity and purchases made on Jaydiocity?
Go into My Controls then click on Credit report.
How do I change my password?
- Go into My Controls click on Account Options and click on the change password link.
- Type in your old password, then type in your new one.
- Click on save Settings.
How do I change my email address?
- Go into My Controls click on Account Options and change your LOGIN email address.
- Click on Save Settings.
How do I add or change my mobile phone number?
- Go into My Controls then click on Account Option.
- Click on 'Update Mobile' link THEN add your number and click Submit.
- Click on Save Settings.
I have forgotten my password!
- Click on 'forgot password', situated on the Jaydiocity login page in the member login box.
- Enter your email address that you used to register with Jaydiocity, and click Submit.
- Your password will be delivered to your email address entered.
I have forgotten my login email!
- Click on 'Forgot login email', situated on the Jaydiocity login page in the member login box
- Enter your username and password the click Submit.
- Your login email will appear on screen.
How do I deactivate my account?
We are sorry to hear that you want to de-activate your account.
Can you please provide us with a brief explanation as to your reasons for doing this? All feedback is welcome and can help us improve our service for other members.
To close your account
- Go to My Controls and Click on Account Options
- On Account Status click on the drop down menu and select Account Closed.
- Click on Save Settings.
Your account will be de-activated and other Jaydiocity members will not be able to view your profile.
For future reference you may wish to log back in with your registered email and password, and activate your account using the same steps above, only choosing Open Account.
How do I change my personal settings?
- Go into My Controls click on Personal Settings.
- Choose your appropriate settings by clicking on the relevant drop down menus.
- Click on Save Settings once completed.
It says I am already registered under a different username!
You are only allowed to register one account on Jaydiocity.
How do I manage my profile comments?
- Go into My Controls > Manage > Profile comments.
- To delete a comment click on the X, or if you would like a comment to be your top comment click on the make top comment.
How do I manage my videos?
In your profile click on Manage Videos
- Click on 'add to profile' to add the video to your profile.
- Click on delete to delete the video to your profile.
- Click on the make featured to add this as your featured video.
How do I manage my image comments?
- Go into My Controls > Manage > Image comments.
- To delete a comment click on the X, or if you would like a comment to be your top comment click on the make top comment.
How do I manage my peeps?
- Go into My Controls > Manage > Peeps.
- To delete a Peep click on the delete from peep list, or if you would like somebody to be your top peep click on the make top peep.
How do I manage my fit list?
- Go into My Controls > Manage > Fit List.
- To delete somebody from your fit list click on the delete from fit list, or if you would like somebody to be on the top of your top fit list click on the add to top fit list.
How do I edit my profile?
On your profile click the Edit Profile, make your changes by clicking on the appropriate drop down menus and click Save Changes
How do I customise my profile?
- Go into My Controls click on Customise profile.
- Choose your options by clicking on the appropriate colour palettes and drop down menus, then click Save.
How do I block a member from viewing my profile?
- Go on the members profile page you wish to block and Click on Block under the members profile picture.
- This will stop this member from viewing your profile.
How do I unblock a member?
Go into My Controls > Manage > Blocks and click the X for the member you wish to unblock.
How do I delete a rating?
- Go into My Stuff > My Ratings click on the X for the rating you wish to delete.
- A charge of 10 credits is applicable.
Can I add extra pictures on my profile?
You can add extra pictures on your profile by going into your gallery, choosing the picture you wish, click the, add to profile link. Copy the all the image text and paste this into your personal box via the edit profile page. Save changes.
Can I hide my location?
No. Your location can not be taken off your profile. Only you and members who have purchased access can view your location. Members who do not have access cannot view your location.
Why can't I see my profile pictures?
All pictures uploaded are manually validated and can take up to 24 hours to be processed
How do I upload pictures?
- Go into My Controls > Update > Gallery.
- Upload Pictures
- Your pictures will be uploaded and be put in a queue waiting to be validated this can take up to 24 hours so please be patient.
- The date and time you purchased the service.
How do I delete pictures?
Go into My Controls > Update > Gallery then click on the gallery you want to delete pictures from. Above each picture there is a delete link.
What file extensions are allowed for the uploading of pictures?
File extensions that can be used to upload pictures are JPG, GIF and PNG
What pictures can I use as my default profile picture?
Profile Pictures (Just Me Gallery) are
- only pictures that show you
- only high-quality pictures
- if you upload professionally done pictures, also upload "normal"/natural pictures/snapshots
They are NOT
- group pictures
- pornography
- drawings
- pictures of cars or other things
- pictures of famous people
- copyright protected pictures
- small pictures
By uploading a profile (Just Me) picture you agree to only upload a picture of yourself that is neither illegal nor offensive.
Important
All Pictures that you upload whether Profile (Just Me) or for Gallery (My Pics and Naughty)
you should be able to upload most common file format and resolutions. Make sure you do not upload very small pictures as the quality will be poor as they are resized automatically. All pics should show people, and not your car, children, pet or landscapes etc. Drawings are also not allowed and will be removed together with your whole profile. Make sure your picture is neither too small. Make sure you do not upload multiple copies of the same picture.
Please only press the submit button once and be patient - it make take a while until your picture has been uploaded.
Do not upload pictures of (your) children, pets, cars or pure landscapes, even if they look nice.
How do I send a prezzie?
Click the Buy me a prezzie, situated on the chosen member's profile. Choose your desired prezzie and send.
How do I buy a drink?
Click the Buy me a drink, situated on the chosen member's profile. Choose your desired drink and purchase.
How do I send a card?
Click the Send me a Card, situated on the chosen member's profile. Choose your desired card and send.
How do I send a kiss?
Click the Send me a kiss, situated on the chosen member's profile.
How do I rate a member?
Click the' Rate me now', situated on the chosen member's profile. Choose your rating. The member will then be messaged that somebody has rated them.
How do I add to my fit list?
Within the members profile you wish to add, click on the 'add me to your fit list' link.
How do I add members as my peeps?
Within the members profile you wish to add, click on the add me to your peeps link.
How do I view my profile visitors?
Go into My Stuff > My Profile Visitors
How do I view my picture viewers?
Go into My Stuff > My Picture Viewers. Access is required for this feature.
How do I view who has winked at my pictures?
Go into My Stuff > My Winks. Access is required for this feature.
How do I view who has rated me?
Go into My Stuff > My Ratings. "Access is required for this feature"
How do I view who has added me to their fit list?
Go into My Stuff > My Fit list adds. "Access is required for this feature"
How do I view who has kissed me?
Go into My Stuff > My Kisses. "Access is required for this feature"
How do I get my picture on top of all the flirt pages?
Click on the Get your pic here viewable on all flirt pages, choose how many days you wish to appear get your password and submit.
What is a fate message?
This is a message that is sent to 5 random members of your chosen criteria. Rely solely on tempting fate. To send a fate message go into My Stuff click on Temp Fate and select your criteria then click Send.
How do I sign up for webtxt?
Go into My Stuff > Webtxt Signup and enter your mobile number then click on submit.
How can I find friends already registered on Jaydiocity?
Go into My Stuff > Find friends and choose from your appropriate contact list i.e. MSN. Enter your email and password and submit. You will also be awarded 100 bonus credits.
How do I report abuse?
If you feel you are being abused you should first block the member involved.
- To block a member look at the question. How do I block a member from viewing my profile
- Then forward the associated messages to Support. (To forward a message. Click the forward link situated at the top right of the message. Type in Support, where it states username then click submit).
- The Jaydiocity Support Team will investigate and deal with the matter appropriately.
Somebody has a fake profile of me what should I do?
For us to investigate this we need evidence to support your claim. This could be a photograph of your Passport, Drivers License or a photograph of you holding a piece of paper with the words jaydiocity.co.uk and your user name.
This can be emailed to privacy@jaydiocity.co.uk. Once you provide this evidence then we shall investigate and take action.
